  • Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, materials required, and scope of work

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project scope changes

  • Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or invoice

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment methods accepted include cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment

  • A deposit may be required for larger projects before work begins

  • Final payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees

  • You are responsible for any payment processing fees if applicable

6. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability

  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential fees

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our work

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Deposits may be non-refundable for custom orders or materials already purchased

  • If we cancel or fail to perform services, you are entitled to a full refund of payments made

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

  • Disputes should be reported within 10 days of service completion

11. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Ensure safe access to work areas

  • Notify us of any changes to contact information

  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms

  • Maintain installed lighting according to manufacturer recommendations

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Incredible Lighting's liability is limited to the amount paid for services

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by customer negligence, acts of nature, or third parties

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incredible Lighting, Laurencio Montes Jr, and our employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of our services

  • Your violation of these terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Inaccurate information you provide

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation

  • If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Midland County, Texas

  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

  • Texas law governs these terms and any disputes

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including:
